• Name The Foal – Contest Rules
• In order to participate you must be a registered user of the website http://www.huntseathorses.com
• Name must comply with AQHA guidelines – max of 20 characters, including spaces.
• Incomplete entries will not be accepted into the contest and Hunt Seat Horses.com (“HSH.com”) reserves the right to reject any entry that is not suitable in nature for submission to AQHA.
• If two same names are entered, the name which was received first will be used in the contest
• Enter as many names as you like using the photos, and information provided by the owners as your inspiration.
• Contest Entries will close at midnight, CST on August 10, 2008, at which time they will be forwarded to the foal owner’s for consideration.
• The entrant of the winning name for each foal will receive an exclusive HSH.com vest bearing the name of the sponsor. No cash prizes are to be awarded, and vests are not redeemable for cash.
• By submitting a name to the contest you grant HSH.com permission to post the entered name on the HSH.com website and otherwise use your entered name in any manner that HSH.com deems appropriate. You also grant HSH.com permission to list your entered name, as well as your name, your farm or ranch name, and your home city and state should your entry become a winning one. HSH.com will not post your street address or email address, and will keep this information confidential.
• Winners of the first phase of the contest will be announced and posted on the site by August 20, 2008.
• All names entered will become the property of the foal’s owner who reserves the right to use any of the names submitted for registration purposes.
• The winning entry will be decided upon by the stallion owner, who will notify HSH.com of their choice.
• The Grand Prize winner will be determined by a popular vote of HSH.com viewers. The three names selected by the foal’s owners will automatically become eligible for the Grand Prize, a beautiful tack trunk donated by Arcola Feed.
• The popular vote portion of the contest will run from August 20, 2008 to midnight CST, September 30, 2008.
• Voting Instructions will be available on the HSH.com website for the duration of the popular vote portion of the contest. After September 30, 2008 HSH.com will count the votes, notify the winner by email, and post the results on the HSH.com website.
• The entrant of the winning name for the popular vote portion of the contest, will receive a tack trunk donated by - still waiting to hear back as yet - . No cash prizes are to be awarded, and trunk is not redeemable for cash.
